Who we are
Sven Ski Clinic is operated by [legal entity, to confirm], overseen by Mr Sven Putnis MB ChB FRCS (Tr & Orth), registered with the General Medical Council. We are the data controller for information you give us.
What we collect
Contact details, trip details, date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or over), the medical information and imaging you choose to share, and payment confirmation. We do not store card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe.
Why we use it
To arrange your consultation, write your consultant letter, book scans and referrals, and contact you about your care. Medical information is processed under Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR (provision of health care).
Who we share it with
Your GP and insurer (with the letter you request), the hospital or imaging provider we book you into, and our secure IT and payment providers. Never for marketing.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained in line with NHS Records Management Code of Practice (minimum 8 years for adults). Enquiry data is deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure where applicable, restriction and portability. Contact hello@svenskiclinic.com. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
