From the moment you fall to the day you are back on your feet — here is exactly what happens and who does it.
Step by step
Nothing waits for you to chase it. Every step is booked by us, and you are told what happens next before it happens.

Day 0 · on the mountain
Visit the resort medical centre for a face-to-face assessment. Keep every X-ray, scan link and document you are given — you will upload them to us.

Day 0–1 · video consultation
Call the hotline and we hold a video slot — usually within 24 hours. Mr Putnis reviews your imaging and sets your safe level of function for the rest of the trip.

Day 1
A written letter for your GP and insurer that opens doors: it books your MRI and refers you to a specialist near home — anywhere in England, Wales or Scotland.

Day 1–2
Your MRI is arranged at the Nuffield, Spire or HCA hospital closest to you, for the day you land or the day after.

Week 1
Specialist appointment that week and a tailor-made physiotherapy pathway from day one — not week six.

Only if needed
If reconstruction is the right answer, it is planned with the optimal approach and timing, in a hospital you can get to.
Honest boundaries
A specialist opinion on your imaging, a safe level of function, a written letter your GP and insurer can act on, and every scan and appointment booked for your return.
Replace the resort medical centre — they remain your doctor on the mountain. Any change in your condition should be seen there first.
A named pathway, a hotline that answers, and a consultant who knows what happens on the day you land.
