Book an acute injury consultation for £295: 30 minutes by video from wherever you are, usually within 24 hours — imaging reviewed, letter written, pathway booked.
The resort medical centre remains your doctor on the mountain, and any change in your condition should be seen there first. We add a specialist opinion on your imaging by video, a safe level of function for the rest of the trip, and a letter your GP and insurer can act on.
Every part of you that skiing can break: knee and ACL, shoulder, wrist and thumb, hip, ankle and lower leg, spine and trauma. Mr Putnis is an NHS trauma surgeon who looks after every kind of injury, every week.
Coming home
No. The letter goes to your own NHS GP and the scan is booked at the hospital nearest you — anywhere in England, Wales or Scotland.

No. Scans and hospital treatment are charged separately by the provider. The consultant letter supports your insurance claim.
