The service
Sven Ski Clinic provides remote specialist consultation, written clinical correspondence and care coordination. It is not an emergency service and does not replace the resort medical centre or local emergency services.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to book. Trip Protection covers one named person for one week-long trip from the date of purchase.
Fees and refunds
Trip Protection £35 per skier per trip; acute consultation £295; extended care £495. Trip Protection is refundable within 14 days if the trip has not started. Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
What is not included
Diagnostic imaging, hospital treatment and surgery are charged separately by the provider or covered by your private medical insurance.
Clinical responsibility
Advice is based on the information and imaging you provide. Any change in your condition must be assessed in person by the resort medical centre or emergency services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
